Awilda Torres Ryles

Awilda Torres Ryles (65) of Mt. Eden, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 20th, 2016. She was a native of Puerto Rico. She was retired as a family support worker at North Central District Home Health Agency in Shelbyville, where she had worked for 16 years. She enjoyed helping people and making crafts. She was a Catholic by faith. Her father, Angel Torres Melendez, preceded her in death. Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years, Johnny Clyde "J. C." Ryles, Jr. of Mt. Eden, KY; two sons, Francisco (Evelyn) Riveria of East Strasburg, PA and Alexander (Billie Jo) Montero of Mt. Eden, KY; two daughters, Angela Marie (Robert) Price of Mt. Eden, KY and Tammy Lynn (Brandon) Chattin of Shelbyville, KY ; her mother, Ricarda Colon Nazario of Puerto Rico; two sisters, Iris Torres of Puerto Rico and Eva (John) Drofiak of Kearny, NJ; one brother, Angel Luis (Rosa) Torres of Stanhope, NJ; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Burial will take place on Wednesday, July 27th, 2016 at 11:00am in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 21 Maple Avenue, Fair Lawn NJ. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Mrs. Awilda Torres Ryles.
