Jose Mauricio Gonzalez (70) of Passaic, passed away on Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Born in the Dominican Republic to Elijio Gonzalez and Maria Encarnacion Gonzalez. Visitation was held privately on Thursday, March 19th, 2020 from 3:00pm-7:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Burial was held on Friday, March 20th, 2020 at 10:30am in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ. All services were private for the immediate family only. As a precautionary measure due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we encourage all visitors to follow appropriate preventive actions to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus by limiting their time spent within our facility during service hours and we suggest that everyone makes every effort possible to remain at home if they feel ill or have a compromised immune system.
