Adolfo Arturo Torres Merino (52), known as AD, of St. Cloud, Florida, passed away on Thursday, September 16th, 2021. Born in Ecuador to Adolfo ArturoTorres and Delia Merino Bonilla. He immigrated to the United States on July 27, 1973 at the age of four. He attended Holy Trinity School and graduated from Passaic High School. AD was a long-time fan of the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to watching his Cowboys, some of AD’s passions included drawing, designing t-shirts, music, and promoting. Although he grew up in Jersey, Hollywood Beach, Florida held a special place in his heart. He was known for having a good time and he will be missed by his many friends. Adolfo is survived by his mother Delia Navarrete, stepfather Horacio Navarrete, his sisters Lorena Thompson, Dalva Vega, Maribel Falsone, brother-in-laws Charlton Thompson, Paulie Vega, his brothers George Torres, Raul Torres, sister-in-laws Maura Kiely, Cindy Torres, 17 nieces and nephews, his aunts, uncles, and many cousins. He will be joining heaven with his beloved grandparents Ricardo and Angela Merino, who raised him, his father Adolfo Torres, and brother Damian Navarrete. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 from 4:00pm-6:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ.
