Barbara Tabaka

Barbara Zofia Tabaka (75) of Wallington, passed away on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014. Born in Wola Zarczyka, Poland. She came to the United States in 1972, settling in Wallington, where she has lived for the past 42 years. She was a seamstress at Charm Knitting Mills, followed by line worker at JL Prescott in Passaic for 20 years, and later a home maker. She was a parishioner of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Wallington. Barbara was the beloved wife of Tadeusz; devoted mother of Joseph, and his wife Michele, of Wallington; loving grandmother of Joseph, Abigail, and Delilah; dear sister of Andrzej Zagaja in Poland, and Maria Zielinska, and the late Stainslaw, Franciszek, Jan Zagaja. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th, 2014 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 at 10:00am in Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 127 Paterson Avenue, Wallington NJ. Burial, to follow, at 11:30am in Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington NJ.
