Carlos Rivera

Carlos Rivera (85) of Passaic, passed away on Monday, January 27th, 2014. Born in Rincon, Puerto Rico to Jose Rivera and Santos Santos. Pre-deceased by his daughter, Elizabeth Mendez (2006). Survived by his wife, Corpora Rivera (nee Irizarry); son, Richard; grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, and Nicholas Mendez; and great-grandchild, Joseph Uceda. Also survived by his brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th, 2014 from 5:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic, NJ. Entombment will take place on Friday, January 31st, 2014 at 11:00am in Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Road, Totowa.
