Claritza Hernandez

Claritza Hernandez, 45, of Paterson, New Jersey, passed away on August 16, 2025. She was born in Paterson on October 8, 1979, where spent her life. A loving mother and grandmother, Claritza is survived by her three children, Liana Lopez, Neftaly Lopez, and Jaylyn Lopez, as well as her four grandchildren, Jonathan Cosby, Mia Cosby, Casey Vega, and Caiden Vega. Claritza had a beautiful bright soul and will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Community of Praise Paterson 183-185 20th Ave. Wednesday August 20th 5PM - 8PM. A second visitation will be held August 21st from 9AM-10AM followed by the burial at 10:30AM at Laurel Grove Cemetery 295 Totowa Road in Totowa NJ 07512.
