Corpora Rivera (93) of Passaic, passed away on December 1st, 2022. Born in Lajas, Puerto Rico to Juan de Matas Irizarry and Rosaura Pellicier. Pre-deceased by her husband, Carlos Rivera (1-27-2014); her daughter, Elizabeth Mendez (2-27-2006); and two sisters, Agapita Colon (11-24-2012) & Ana E. Velez (3-30-2016). Survived by her son, Richard; grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, and Nicholas Mendez; and great-grandchild, Joseph Uceda. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 5th, 2022 from 5:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic, NJ. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 at 9:00am in St. Nicholas Church, 153 Washington Place, Passaic NJ. Entombment, to follow, 10:15am in Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Road, Totowa.
