Efrain Balbi Reyes

Efrain Balbi Reyes, originally from the Dominican Republic and a resident of Paterson, NJ, passed away on September 15th, 2024. He was the son of Tomas Balbi and Maria De Los Angeles Reyes, who remember him with love and admiration.
