SOTO, Froilan "Freddy" (63), born in Fajardo, P.R., moved to the city of Passaic at a very young age passed away at home with family on February 25, 2012. Freddy was a hard- working courageous Marine & Vietnam Veteran who also served & protected the citizens of Passaic as a police officer for 26 years. He was survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren, many brothers, sisters, nieces & nephews. Viewing will be held at the Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic, NJ on Tuesday, February 28th, from 2-4 & 7-9.
