Irma Ward

Irma Bobbie Ward (102), of Paterson, departed this life on June 6, 2012. She was born in Cairo, Georgia, and grew up in Jackson, Florida. She came to NJ in 1928 at the age of 18. After visiting several churches in Hackensack and St. Luke's Church in Paterson, she settled in the New Christian Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a devoted member until she was unable to attend. She is survived by her devoted only child, Nathan Ward, and her foster daughter, Addie Bracey. Funeral Service, Thursday, June 14th, 8-10am, Funeraria Alvarez de Paterson, 267 Park Ave., Paterson.
