Jeremias Ortiz (25), of Georgia, formerly of Passaic NJ, passed away on Sunday, June 2nd, 2013. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11th, 2013 from 7:00pm-9:00pm in The Great Commission Church, 53-57 Marshall Street, Paterson NJ. Second visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 12th, 2013 from 8:00am-10:00am in The Great Commission Church with a Funeral service to begin at 10:00am in the church, as well. Burial, will follow, at 12:45pm in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ.
