John J Ramos

John J. Ramos (66) of Lebanon, PA passed away on April 24th, 2024 on the job surrounded by friends. Born in Paterson, NJ.


He enjoyed sports as well as watching Korean movies with subtitles. He loved the Mets and Buffalo Bills. He was a down to earth man; jeans and a T-shirt type of man.


John always worked hard, whether it was at Minardi's bakery in Paterson NJ, or working at the Wabash building, or truck chasities in Jonestown PA. John would always tell you to think happy thoughts if he ever saw anyone down or having a bad day.


Pre-deceased by his mother, Herminia; his father, Carlos Ramos Sr.; his step-father, Juan Norberto Villafane Vega; and his sister, Edith Ramos (2008).


John leaves behind two living birth children, Arzenia Ramos and Giovanni Ramos; two adopted children, Shanariee Ramos and Syann Ramos; his daughter in law, Ashley Ramos McCabe whom is the partner of Arzenia Ramos; four grandchildren, Serenity Ramos, Alex Ramos, Izaiah McCabe and Abigale Thompson as as many other family and friends.


After living in Lebanon, PA for 9 years, he is finally coming back home to NJ.


Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 3:00pm-7:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Cremation is private.
