Juan Blanco

Juan Blanco (93) of Paterson, passed away on Thursday, April 6th, 2017. Born in Cuba to Severino Blanco and Mercedes Garcia and came to the United States in 1980. Survived by his beloved sister, Marina Blanco; devoted nephew, Antonio Trujillo and his wife Midaleida; his niece, Danya Schwartz and their children who loved him dearly Mariam Mena and her husband William, Antonio and his wife Placida, Jillian Zelaya and her husband Alex, and Damian Llabona; and his great nieces and nephews Yamila, Camila, Jeremy, Jayden, and Alyssa. Juan will be missed by his very large family, other brother and sisters in Cuba, and many others cherished family members. Juan was a Jehova Witness and we are grateful for the support from his congregation. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 9th, 2017 from 2:00pm-6:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez de Paterson, 267 Park Avenue, Paterson NJ. Burial will take place on Monday, April 10th, 2017 at 10:30am in Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington NJ.
