Juanita Ortiz

Juanita Ortiz passed away on March 10th, 2026. She was born on August 13th, 1964 in Passaic, NJ, and was a lifelong resident of Passaic. She was the daughter of Luis Santiago Ortiz (deceased) and Leola Williams Ortiz (deceased). She was the wife of the late Juan Jamie Magdaleno (deceased). She is survived by her sons Rolando Pabon, 46, Jamie Luis Magdaleno, 24, and Miguel Angel Magdaleno, 22; her stepdaughter Yamira Magdaleno and her two children and grandchildren; her sister Ramona Ortiz and her three daughters and ten great-nieces and great-nephews; and her sister Juanita Ortiz Santiago.

Juanita was known as the Bingo Queen and worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Lodi for the last 16 years of her life. She loved her three boys and playing bingo.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055.

Fue hija de Luis Santiago Ortiz (fallecido) y Leola Williams Ortiz (fallecida). Fue esposa del fallecido Juan Jamie Magdaleno (fallecido). Juanita era conocida como la Reina del Bingo y trabajó en el Boys and Girls Club of Lodi durante los últimos 16 años de su vida. Amaba a sus tres hijos y jugar bingo.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 17 de marzo de 2026 de 5:00 PM a 9:00 PM en Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055.
