Kantaben M. Desai (83) of East Orange, passed away on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. Born in India to Ghelabhai Nagarji Desai and Maniben Desai. She is survived by 2 sons, Mukesh and his wife Jayu, and Sanjay and his wife, Shima; 1 daughter, Sangita and her husband, Dhananjay; 3 siblings, Kantaben, Subodhbhai, and Sushilbhai; and 5 grandchildren, Mihir, Ravi, Nisha, Shyam, and Roma. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27th, 2017 from 9:00am-11:00am in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Cremation to follow at 11:30am in East Ridgelawn Crematory, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ. Basnu will be held on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 from 2:00pm-4:00pm in 44 Pomona Avenue, Fair Lawn NJ.
