Lilia Norma Valcarcel (78) of Leonardo, passed away on Saturday, January 31st, 2015. Born in Lima, Peru to Juan Pablo Valcarcel and Zoila Esperanza Loli Valdez. She was previously a secretary for Ministerio de Guerra, in Peru. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 5th, 2015 from 12:00pm-2:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Cremation is private.
