Luisa Sepulveda Acevedo

Luisa S. Sepulveda Acevedo (95) of Passaic, passed away on Friday, May 26th, 2017. Luisa was a beloved Madre, Abuela, Bisabuela, Tia y Amiga. She was born in Hormigueros, Puerto Rico, and lived many years in Passaic, New Jersey. She was the most beautiful woman in the world. She was always full of life. She loved to dance; and she was light on her feet, as if she were floating on air. She worked as a seamstress making beautiful clothes and blankets. She loved spending time playing cards and dominoes. She loved to sit and chat, and tell stories: She made big meals for the family and visitors--What a beautiful woman. She always thought of others and put them before herself. As the years passed, she nurtured each and every one of us with her special love. We love you so much and are blessed by having our angel in the sky watching over us forever. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 from 6:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 at 10:00am in St. Paul's Church, 124 Union Avenue, Clifton NJ. Burial, to follow, at 11:30am in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ.
