Marc Gualtieri

Marc (Babe) Gualtieri, 85, of Rutherford, NJ, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday December 8th after battling an extended illness. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Joan for 62 years. He was loved by his sister Michele Kwiakowski of Brick, NJ and his late siblings Vincent, Phil and Ann. Marc was the beloved father of two daughters: Debra Valentine (and her husband Benjamin) and Dawn Wider (and her husband Paul) as well as his late son-in-law, Michael Jacobs. He was the grandfather of Jeff Jacobs (and his wife Diane), Marc Valentine (and his wife Lynda), Dawn Marie Valentine, and the late John Jacobs. Isabella, Gianna and Michael are his great grandchildren. He will also be missed by dear nieces and nephews and wonderful friends and church family.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on Sunday December 13th at 6 PM. The location is City of Hope International Church, 22 Wilson Avenue in Kearny, NJ. Light refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to City of Hope International Church.
