Myrta Diaz

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myrta Díaz of Wayne, NJ, born in Puerto Rico. She was the beloved daughter of Jose Velez and Flor Rivera Nazario. She is survived by her daughter, Angelica Maria Soler and son Timothy Delgado; her grandchildren, Arianna and Marcus Soler; and Roman and Riley Delgado; her siblings-in-law, Joanna Delgado and Richard Solersosa. She was a hard working woman who always prioritized her family. Myrta’s presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to honor her memory during visitations at Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic, NJ. The first visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and the second visitation will take place on Friday, December 27th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 24 Westminster Place, Saddle Brook, NJ, at 10:30 AM.
