Rafael Ortiz (87) of Wayne, passed away on Monday, December 7th, 2015. Born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to Emilio Ortiz and Ana Torres. Pre-deceased by his wife, Emma Ortiz (February 24, 2009). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 15th, 2015 from 9:00am-11:00am in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Burial, to follow, at 11:30am in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ.
