In Loving Memory of Samuel (Sammy) Enrique Miranda

Samuel “Sammy” Enrique Miranda, age 67, of Paterson, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026.

Sammy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and cherished member of his family. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his love of family, and his ability to have a good time. Sammy especially enjoyed being surrounded by the people he loved. Family gatherings, laughter, music, and good memories were a meaningful part of his life.

Sammy had a passion for cars and a love for Salsa music and dancing. His vibrant personality and enjoyment of life brought happiness to those around him. He leaves behind countless memories that his family and loved ones will treasure forever.

Sammy was preceded in death by his beloved sons, Samuel Miranda Jr. and Ismael Miranda; his mother, Gladys Miranda; his sister, Nerdi De Jesus; and his brothers, Victor Miranda Jr., Jose Juan De Jesus, and Edwin Miranda.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Yeimy K. Tapia De Miranda; his father, Victor Miranda; his children, Victor R. Troche, Milagros Troche, Evamarie Miranda, and Nayeli Miranda; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; his brother, Edward Miranda; and his sisters, Nancy Miranda, Nilsa Miranda, and Vilma I. Gonzalez. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and many loved ones whose lives he touched.

Though Sammy is no longer with us, his memory will live on through his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, nieces and nephews, and friends. His love of family, laughter, music, dancing, and life itself will remain a lasting part of his legacy.
