Thomas Chalupnik

Thomas E. Chalupnik (37), of Garfield, passed on 3/24/2017. Beloved son of Edward & Krystyna Chalupnik, of Garfield; cherished grandson of Kazimiera Wielgo of East Rutherford & the late Eugeniusz Chalupnik; adored Godfather of Nicole Hodara, of Wallington, and Gregory Drelich of Saddle Brook; Godson of the late Walter Dziobek & Lucyna Drelich; nephew of Alicia Dziobek, of East Rutherford; 1st cousin of Joanna Dziobek, Michelle Dziobek, Greg Drelich, Jolanta Hodara, and the late Robert Drelich. Also survived by many more cousins and dear friends. Tommy loved upstate NY and truly enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling, wave-running, and spending time with family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27th, 2017 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic. Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 at 10:00am in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 184 Ray Street, Garfield. Burial, to follow, at 11:15am in St. Michael’s Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Road, South Hackensack NJ.
