Usha Chokhavatia nee Mehta (81) of Paramus, passed away on Tuesday, February 10th, 2015. Born in India to Mangaldas Mehta and Kusum Shroff. Beloved wife of Shashi Chokhavatia and loving mother of Shail and Sita. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13th, 2015 from 10:00am-11:00am in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Cremation to follow at 11:30am in East Ridgelawn Crematory, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton NJ.
