Zoila Nuñez-Guerrero

Zoila "Shosha" Nuñez-Guerrero (68), of Paramus, NJ, passed away on Sunday, November 4th, 2012. Born on June 10, 1944 in the Dominican Republic, she was the eldest daughter of the late Ramon & Luz Nuñez. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anna & Bryan Henderson; 3 loving grandchildren, Michelle, Albert and Gabriel; 2 brothers, Ramon (Milagros) and Abraham (Mayra); 2 sisters, Elida and Diosilda; 2 sisters-in-law, Hilda (Bienvenido) and Maria (Gustavo); 15 nieces/nephews and 20 great-nieces/nephews. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Known for her ease in frequent conversation, she possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Throughout her life she maintained a sweet and simple being that won the trust and hearts of many. Her gift of joy, shown through her smile, laughter, and joking around will never be forgotten. A woman of faith, and the heart of the Nuñez family, Zoila shaped our spirituality by her tireless example. She will always be our Angel that lived, laughed, and loved. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 from 5:00pm-9:00pm in Funeraria Alvarez, 66 Passaic Avenue, Passaic NJ. Mass will take place on Thursday, November 8th, 2012 at 9:30am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Lodi NJ. Burial, to follow, at 11:00am in Maple Grove Park Cemetery, in Hackensack NJ.
